From: wysiwyg Thanks; I'm not looking for assistance so much as a general idea who around here is doing what kind of retail. But a friend of mine is in the third year of a small restaurant that she'd like to expand, and I worry that her cash flow may not support her ideas. If you have something to share on that, fire away as long as you don't mind me quoting your posts to her. One area of possible expansion is catering. ~Susan |
