Well, well, well...

So now the Bush administration is rummaging thru the last drawers where any monry is actually left in the federal governemnt and to his amazement he has discovered that there's still a few bucks left in the Federal Reserve Bank...

"Oh, what to do?" Bush thought to himself so he's instructed his boys to rough up the Federal Reserve folks to leave the door ro the door to the vault open so that the Wall Street fat cats can raid it...

What's that all about, anyway???

Why should the working class yet again have to have their tax dollars given to folks who make millions whether ot not their comapanies succeed or fail???

(But, Bobz, ain't this all that Bush knows???)

Well, okay... All that Bush is a little tax-cheat lawyer from Texas who never made a honest dollar in his life... Yeah, he stole $16M from the tax payin' shmos in Arlington, Texam and then stole over $3M from the IRS in misreporting the first theft so...

...why should it come as any surprise that in his last year he's gonna open up the Federal Reserve cash to the corrupt and useless Wall Street crooks that put big $$$$s into his campaigns???

Beam me up...

B~

Just remember, Bobert, if they do beam ya up you might end up in the same spaceship with that there dummy Shane. The idiot from Blind River. Don't wish fer what you might later regret, that's all I'm sayin'. Shane's company can get tiresome real quick.

How nice of the American government to give everyone a handshake. The Internal Revenue Service started making the direct deposits today, Monday with the goal of completing 800,000 payments each day over the first three days of this week. No deposits will be made Thursday while the IRS prepares a big batch of 5 million direct deposits scheduled on Friday.

The IRS had expected to begin the program in May but was able to start a few days earlier by utilizing a computer system that can process payments on a daily basis. The government's paper checks will start going out on May 9, a week earlier than previously announced.

The rebates, which are expected to reach 130 million households, range up to $600 for an individual and $1,200 for married couples plus $300 for eligible children younger than 17.

It's a one off payment, here in the UK many get this windfall every week. It's called Social Security cheques !

Now that he passed out 1/10th of one percent of the dirty money his boys have stolen, we are now part of the great heist.

If we try to prosecute them, all they need to say is that you got part of the loot too, so who are you to talk.

Some time ago the province of Alberta had a cash give-away. The money should have been used for doctors and hospitals, or education, both short of funds, etc. A complete waste, giving it away.

I am qualified for social security in both the states and Canada, having worked long enough in both places.
Sure enough, notification comes from Uncle Sammy that I get a large enough social security payment to be eligible for the great giveaway by Bush.

Not sure what I will do, but I might just walk over to the tribal casino and have a fling. And buy a fresh bottle of single malt. Easy come, easy go.

If yer gonna take part of Bush's loot then don't put that "fling and bottle" on a credit card expecting yer check to pay for it... Social Security checks are to be $300 which 'ill get you about a 15 minute fling with 'nuff left for a bottle of Orange Nehi pop and bus fare home...

Bobert, don't you believe even for a minute that this is his "last" heist. I'm sure he plans to attack Iran prior to the November elections and then declare marshall law because we are in a shooting war for democracy. He'll make the decision to cancel the elections and stay in power and will probably convince enough "idjits" to go along. Congress certainly won't stand up to him (they never have).

Plenty of good single malt here for $40 more or less. Or I could blow the whole $300 on a bottle of top stuff.
Lots of nickel and dime slots at the casino, so still can have a bit of fun. And their luncheon buffet ($4.99 this month) is damn good.

That Iran business worries me too- Bush and the Israelis will finish blowing up the Middle East and leave it to his successors to reap the whirlwind.

AKMike, I do hope that you are flat out wrong. A few months ago I decided that I had to stop fearing such a scenario, knowing that if it did come to pass we, the people, would have no recourse but to take to the streets. I really don't want to end my life on the street! Alternatively I may find it necessary to take to the Alaskan wilderness.

Now, I am done being alarmed and alarmist.
