EFDSS have a book and CD called "Dancing Round the Maypole" available together or separately.

Don't know it but if you go to efdss.org and then to the shop it's under "educational".

Pete - of course if you're in Enfield Mike Ruff isn't all that far away (St Albans) - I think he can provide maypoles too!
