01 Apr 08 - 11:09 AM (#2303262) Subject: Lyr Req: The Farmer From: Gern Looking for a bawdy old favorite that has titillated parlors for generations. It starts "There once was a farmer..." and proceeds in couplets to lead the listener to expect a dirty word at the end of every other line. "She lifted her skirts and she showed us her/ ruffles and laces..." Can anybody identify this and write it out for me? |
