Mark Roman (Mike Tucker), Steve Rice, Geoff Coles and John Curry. They were the musicians who performed in the Lockleaze passion play 'A Man Dies' at the Colston Hall, Bristol in 1966. Tony Blackburn was already a well-established DJ on Caroline when he decided to jump ship to Radio London, but management wanted him to change his name to Mark Roman and wear a toga. Tony refused and Wimbledon Palais DJ Graham Wallace was selected to wear the toga. Tony joined Big L some months later when management finally saw the sense of allowing him to keep his own name.
