It's your standard 16-bar blues. If I could remember the lyrics this would be easier, but bear with me on inexact:

[I]Now I'll tell you something, baby, as funny as can be
If we have any children they better all look like me [I7]
I'm gonna [IV] move, 'way out on the outskirts of [I] town
Cause I don't want nobody [V7] that's always hanging a[I]round.

In my case, I=A, I7=A7, IV=D, V7=E7, though I'm tuned low and it would actually be sounding in E.

I do remember the fantastic relaxed version of this song by the unforgetable Jimmy Reed.

Lyrics as performed by Jimmy Reed:

Outskirts Of Town
I'm gonna move, way out on the outskirts of town

I'm gonna move, way out on the outskirts of town

Baby, no I don't want nobody, woooo, always hangin' 'round

You know I'm gonna buy my groceries

And bring 'em home ev'ryday

I'll never stop that grocery boy

And keep him away

That's why I'm gonna move, way out on the outskirts of town

Well then I won't have nobody

Always hangin' 'round

May seem funny, honey

Funny, funny can be

If we have any children

I want 'em to look all like me

That's why I'm gonna move, way out on the outskirts of town

Well then I won't have nobody

Always hangin' 'round

I'm pretty sure that the chords are available either through Youtube or someone else's presentation of the song. Don't see that the chords would be all that different than Leadbelly's.

You won't get no iceman 'way out there
You don't need no iceman, baby,
Gonna get you a Frigidaire

I'm gonna move etc.

This is a full version I have:

OUTSKIRTS OF TOWN
(William Weldon, Andy Razaf)

I'm gonna move you baby
Way on the outskirts of town
Oh I'm gonna move you darlin'
I said way on the outskirts of town
Because I don't want nobody
Who's always hangin' 'round
Mmm, maybe funny baby
Funny as can be
We have any children
I want 'em all to look like me
Well I'll move you darlin'
Way on the outskirts of town
'Cause I don't want nobody
Nobody always hangin' 'round
(Play it now)
A move me a new baby
Way from here
I don't know how I can get no iceman out
I'm wanna get me a Fridgidaire
We gonna move
Way out on the outskirts of town
I don't want no bully
Always hangin' around
I'm gonna move darlin'
'Way on the outskirts of town
I'm gonna move darlin'
Way, way on the outskirts of town (yeah)
Because I don't want nobody
Always hangin' 'round

It may seem funny, honey
Funny as can be
Have any children
Want 'em all to look like me
I'm gonna move you darlin'
All the way on the outskirts of town
Because I don't want nobody
Who's always hangin' around
