05 May 08 - 08:08 PM (#2333692) Subject: BS: A Short Goodbye From: John on the Sunset Coast The missus (or ms if you prefer) and I are leaving tomorrow for a visit to our son in Amsterdam. We'll be there the better part of two weeks, so you will not have your humble correspondent, conservative curmudgeon, to keep you on your (mostly) liberal to progressive toes. However I plan to find an internet place from time to time to lurk a little. It is my fervent prayer that when I return to the Sunset Coast the election cycle will have concluded, and peace and harmony engulf the world. But alas... Take care all, I'll miss the sparring, but not too much. JotSC |
