BS: A good SLAP in the face 'award'

Keith Oberman has his worst person in the world award and I have a good slap in the face for the words and actions of some of the most powerful and pretentious ethical morons on Earth.

Today I would dearly love to slap Anthony Scalia in the face for his comment regarding the high court 5 to 4 decision that military detainees do have some constitutional rights including habeous corpus and legal counsel.

he said " This decision will almost certainly kill many Americans "

SSSLLLAAAPPP !!!

Tony, what about your vote to make W president ?!

Who would you like to slap today?

I don't know if Scalia ruled that a slap in the face is torture or not but a good public slap in the face is somehow more gratifying than months of investigations and trials.

As a reality show I am sure it would leave American Idol in its dust.

As a show, Ti Kwan Leep/Boot To The Head (Frantics) might be a good theme song..

A boot to the head for all the AM radio jocks who think that US concentration camps should be under military filed marshall control and the courts be damned.

Forget the Orwellian words detention camp. Forget the phrase "grabed off the battlefield".
Terrorists do not tend to fight on a battlefield - thats the whole point of geurilla warfare.

US concentration camps and CIA torture chambers are not the kind of institutions that the US should champion. If you champion them you deserve a boot to the head and a slap in the face.

We tried hundreds of thousands of military prisoners in Germany. It was a lot of hard investigative work. Hard work that is just too hard is not a valid excuse to ignore our Constitution and Democracy.

Another guest sign in name for the Obama basher. The only person who would give Obama so much power...there are other reasons for the rise:

The price of benchmark contract of crude oil in the New York Mercantile Exchange had soared over $10 to a new all-time high of $139.12 a barrel on June 6th , recording the biggest one-day gain in dollar terms, as geo-political tensions were ignited by Israel's threats to strike on Iran over its nuclear programme.

Israel's Transport Minister Shaul Mofaz on last Friday commented that an Israeli attack on Iranian nuclear sites could not be ruled out if Iran continues with its program for developing nuclear weapons.

Potential supply threats due to geo-political tensions and the Atlantic hurricane season and OPEC's unwillingness to increase output despite high prices continue to underpin oil prices.

Is using a wet noodle for the slap considered torture?

Since you know exactly what the future brings, I guess the rest of us will just hang it up, Obama, McCain, etc. included.
