I got the tune and partial lyrics from a 30-40 year old bad recording. I think it may be a country song/artist as it was the typical repetoire of the lady sining on the tape. Here are some words that will hopefully trigger a memory from someone out there: Don't fall in love, with a false hearted man And if you don't listen, there's no one to blame You will be broken hearted, if you [couldn't make out words] Don't fall in love, with a false hearted man Don't try to change him, [therein lies the game] [for if love don't know, he will try just the same] And if you don't listen, you have no one to blame Don't fall in love, with a false hearted man |
