It used to appear under the title: "Now we know what happened to the dog." The scary thing is it's had three or four more years to finish growing up by now. (Does anyone remember the very old movie called "The Egg and I," with the story told by the old lady who raised chickens?) John |

Hilarious reading. I spent a summer alone in the deep woods of NW Montana reading library books from the nearest town. The Egg and I was the highlight of that summer. The family portrayed as Ma and Pa Kettle and numerous kids sued the author and publisher. See wiki for more details. |
