I'm chasing the lyrics for the start of the verse set in a railway train ... can't remember the first few lines but the rest of the verse is: ??? ??? … a fact you cannot shirk. From: Jim Dixon According to The Sheetmusic Warehouse, IF IT'S A LADY, THUMBS UP was performed by Miss Florrie Forde, and was written by Worton David and Bert Lee, and published in 1914. That's all the information I could find. |
