Congratulations on a splendid partner to Anglo International! Make sure you bring a few copies for people to buy when you come to lead the tunes session at the John Harvey Tavern in Lewes on Tuesday October 7th.

If anyone out there would like details, have a look at the sessions page of the Lewes Arms Folk Club website.

Tootle pip,

Valmai

I had a session with Mr. Matusewitch shortly after I got my instrument. He had originally imported it for one of his students and was disappointed that the student had not persevered. In fact, there was almost no sign of use.
He was far beyond my skill level [even at present] but was very patient.

Interesting EBarnacle, Gregori Matusewitch was part of a very musical and famous family. The information for him in the booklet, that accompanies this collection, came from an interesting article by his nephew Eric.Easily found by Googling The Matusewich family. At about the same time Gregori was on stage there was another Baltic player Raphael working the American Music Hall, unknown to most, including me until I did this collection, he was an incredible player.Have you heard of him or have any information?

Funny, English International is 24.99 and Anglo International 25 pounds.
I guess English Concertinas are cheaper than Anglos.
