I don't know which is which, Colin or Wizz, but it impressed me that whoever was singing still has a youthful voice. If I had heard it without seeing him, I would have assumed he was a much younger man. It's worth it to take care of your voice. That's special vocalist's beer at his foot, right? |

They are probably still up on the stage. Unable to get down. Don't read anything untoward into that last remark. I remember Colin and Shirley. Have an Lp somewhere. Chas |

09 Sep 08 - 02:58 PM (#2435459) Subject: RE: Two old gits try to get it together From: alanabit I saw Colin a few months back. He was in good health and spirits. We had a chat, and it turned out that he is a great friend of the busking genius Phil Free, who we buskers call "The Pope". On the night I saw him, Colin's voice was a bit dry. The fingerpicking was all there though, with an impressive right hand. It's good to see him still doing it and clearly having fun. |
