Hope this is the right forum for this....

Just some advanced notice for those who can get BBC Television and Radio for week commencing 5th October

and also on BBC Radio 2 on Saturday night the 4th October...

7.00 PM Eric Clapton in Concert (2004, Belfast Odyssey)

Sunday 5th BBC1 TV channel 10.30 PM "The Story of the Guitar" 1/3

Tuesday 7th BBC Radio 2 10.20 PM Richard Thompson "Walking on a Wire" interview

The R Thompson is a repeat, but well worth a listen for those who missed it last time.
The others could be worth a gander, although Clapton doesn't float my boat.
And, never apologise for pointing these progs out to us all.

I am aware with the WWW many people can tune into the BBC TV & Radio site and tune into the programmes live too so hopefully they get to reach a larger interested audience. I am sorry I cannot help convert the timings though to where various peopl are :-(

Yes, I should have said, sorry... the R Thompson is a repeat of an interview back in 2005 with Bob Harris. Some contributions included are from record producers Joe Boyd and Mitchell Froom, along with singer Linda Thompson. I adre say some Fairport Convention will get thrown in.
