From: Name ten famous SOUTH Carolinians.

Every time I run into somehting/one from the Carolinas it turns out to be NORTH Carolina. (Kitty Hawk, Rev. Gary Davis, Piedemont, etc.) What/who is South Carolina famous for? I have know some nice, albeit not famous people from there over the years.

Oops! I got things a little turned around. The title of the thread is "Name ten famous South Carolinians" and the poster is yours truyl.
