Check out his web site. I don't know how to send his e mail, so just bring up his web site. His song about Sarah Palin is worth the trip!
He also gives his tour schedule for here and for Scotland in February.

Kendall,

Did you listen to "I'm Changing My Name to Fannie Mae?" It's our chance to get in on the seven billion dollars. Thanks for the tip!

Tom is carrying the banner for the great song writing satirists:
Tom Lehrer and Yip Harburg.

He's the greatest!

One of the greatest singer-songwriters ever born.As previously mentioned, he is a gracious, sensitive friendly person. If he ever could be persuaded to come to the festival it would be an immense attraction.I have seen him perform live many times but I would never pass up a reasonable chance to see him again.

By all means, let Tom know you're interested. Two of the events we've seen him at in the last few years were festivals of no great size at all. I would drive a couple of hours to see him anytime at the drop of a hat.

Wesley-

Thanks for the link to the Sarah Palin download; I was unable to find it on the website on my own.

Tom has a category of songs called short shelf life songs.
John McCutcheon credits him with naming that category of
songs dealing with current events and politics. He is such
a special song writer and singer....always a joy and many
of his songs are in my repertoire especially Ramblin' Boy
and Can't Help But Wonder Where I'm Bound.

Those who bought Guide Cats For the Blind Volume 2, The Missing Persians File, will already know how approachable Tom is.

When we asked him to take part, we received, within three weeks, the recording of Les Barker's parody "Will the Turtle Be Unbroken" by Tom Paxton and the Smokey Mountain Girls.

It's not likely to be difficult to book him, if he's within reaching distance at the right time for the festival.

Jeri and Rog Peek,

Thanks for covering for me. Jeri, I hope you can make it back to the Getaway sometime in the future. I missed your presence.
