16 Oct 08 - 08:33 AM (#2467154) Subject: Polkwaworks Ceilidh, Godalming 18/10 From: Surreysinger On Saturday 18 October, as part of the Water Aid ceilidhs programme of events, Godalming Borough Hall ceilidhs are presenting a dance with Polkaworks - not a band you're likely to have seen before (or indeed very often afterwards by all accounts), but one comprised of top class (mostly) female musicians. It's a class line up... with Jeannie Harris, Sue Harris, Katie Howson, Nina Hansell, Fi Fraser and (the Token Man) Gareth Kiddier. The caller will be Cat Kelly ... so to summarise the music should be good, and the dancing terrific (or the other way round).
