Louisiana Celtic Festival From: Michael Harrison I received a card in the mail recently containing information about the Northeast Louisiana Celtic Festival (NELA) in Monroe, Louisiana. The festival is coming up this weekend, October 25th & 26 - Saturday and Sunday - ALL WEEKEND. Children under 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult. Sounds like a bargin to me, especially after looking through their web site. It sure looks like a lot of fun. - Phil |
