Or is there some sort of loop-hole to that rule? I knew that the original copyright holder of a song has royalties collected by their estate until the following New Years Day 50 years after their passing (in North America), but since they are trying to push it to 70 years so that Mickey Mouse can stay in copyright longer. Are they doing something similar with Hanks music? |
