No, it's Michael Morpurgo right ?
I read reviews about it a while ago , and saw some photos in the papers - absolutely fantastic the way the horses are portrayed.Despite seeing the mechanics and the "drivers" they still appeared as real horses.
Where did you see it ?

National Theatre, London.
It is fantastic! to say the least. The puppeteers are so skilled, when action was centreing around one horse, if you watched the other it was always doing something, just a little horsy movement.
Tim van Eyken, was of course "The song man".
It has had 2 sell out runs here & is going for another run next year, well worth going if you can get the tickets.
