Apparently, the surgery proved such a success, and the picking reached such a crescendo, that the doctors were moved to note: "Please notice that at no time do the fingers of the patient actually leave the hand!"

Thanks Murray. I missed it the first time around and was alerted only by a banjo-playing friend. Usually you lot west of the Caucasus and east of the IDL are well behind us in Oz but you got ahead this time.
