Buzz is that a net survey showed so many Mudcat hits (many more than Corridus') that it was concluded that Shatner had a HUGE potential market share, so...... they plugged him in. From: Little Hawk I think that Shatner could lend much authority to the cast of the new show, but in the role of an "elder statesman", so to speak, who provides legal expertise (much like his "Denny Crane" character) while Corridus handles the action. Corridus will still be the "leading man", but Shatner will play a key part nonetheless. |
