21 Nov 08 - 09:41 AM (#2499305) Subject: 'Jacky Tar' and 'Under Milk Wood' From: Will Fly In the classic radio recording of "Under Milk Wood" (with Richard Burton et al), the song sung by the Polly Garter character about Little Willie Wee seems very similar to the tune "Jacky Tar". I was having a crack at Jacky Tar on the fiddle earlier on and thought, "Sounds like...". Any comments? |
