You can use the scanner for free, you just don't get real-time protection. Download, run the quick scan and see if it picks it up, select removal after the scan. This program is one of the few that handles the Antivirus malware programs. I've had occasion to use it to clean up someone elses machine earlier this evening and I think Viruslab was one of them (bit it late - or early - here in the UK and I'm on my way to bed so I haven't time to check just now).
