Review:: Good words for Castlebay (2008)

It must have been last week or so when Castlebay performed at Riderwood (Silver Spring, MD). My MIL attended and was both impressed and delighted by the performance. She went mostly because she had nothing else to do that evening, she came away happy.

Just a note; when a performance makes someone happy the performers should be told.

Julia--

Is any of your old stuff on CD? I have a recording from at least 18 years ago that has the amazing Babylon is Falling on it and would love to be able to listen to it again.

CamiSu (Who saw you in Norwich, VT a LONG time ago.)

Hi CamiSu- as luck would have it, Babylon is being offered as a free download on our monthly newsletter! We offer a free archival recording each month as a bonus for those who sign up. You can get it on this link

Thanks for remembering us - hope we see you at a concert sometime soon

Might as well put in another plug - that Castlebay will be performing for us here in Richmond, Virginia on March 28th. Here's the web page.

I am not surprised that your MIL enjoyed them, they did a BRILLIANT set at the Portland Museum Festival last August 2nd in Portland ME, wonderful singing and playing!!!
