10 Jan 09 - 07:59 AM (#2536966) Subject: RE: Lincolnshire UK Chatbox singers/folkies From: Ruth Archer This is great. I just wish Lincs wasn't so big and that there was a bit more going on in the south of the county. But all power to your collective elbow - knowing what's going on around the place will get us out to more stuff. Up the Yellowbellies! |
10 Jan 09 - 09:27 AM (#2537019) Subject: RE: Lincolnshire UK Chatbox singers/folkies From: Sooz It was very very cold in the Market Place, but there was a good turnout despite that. Felt sorry for Dame Jane lying on the ground waiting for the Doctor's cure! Hope a good amount of money was collected for the British Heart Foundation. |
10 Jan 09 - 10:57 AM (#2537098) Subject: RE: Lincolnshire UK Chatbox singers/folkies From: Rasener Glad that went well Sooz. Was it Grimsby Morris who did it? I had to take my daughters trampolining in Lincoln. My car registered -1.5 degress outside, so it was a wonder Dame Jane didn't get frostbite. I wonder how Better Naked Than Late got on at freezing Sleaford. |
