BS: Piccies of Puddy Tats

I've noticed that at least one poster on here loves her puddy cats...
Me too. Love all thier quirks and characteristics. Each one with a different personality.

I utterly adore my two naughty boys, they are blue and brothers. One is all cheeky and playful. The other is far more gentle and sombre.

Unfortunately I don't have a photo account on the internet, or I'd be putting piccies up of them here myself.

But I'd love to see pictures of other posters cats....

Rosie, if you'd like a free account (with simple, easy to read agreement & lots of space for pics) I suggest MyOpera. Loading pics is very easy & the capacity of the site is enormous, so you'll have lots of space for lots of pics for your cats! MyOpera home page

Several catters have sites there, & here's Mudcat's MyOpera page

"Show me your pussy"? As I anticipate the descent into certain metaphors, thought I might as well get it out of the way myself...

Of course a cat considers shoving their bum in your face, to be akin to a smile and a human handshake. So perhaps the above is actually quite apt.

Cheers Sandra, I aughta get an account, 'cos I love taking pics. And there's been quite a few threads on the Cat in particular, where I would have liked to contribute some images of my own.

very good reason for getting a site.

I have lots of cat pics on one of my walls, but none on my photowewsbite as all are copywrite images of other folks' art - cards, cartoons, photos, paintings etc.

sandra (looking froward to seeing pics of your cats)

Can't find the Norman Lindsay postcard I have, but here are a few of Norman Lindsay's cats

The last two we have, at the moment are HERE, along with the dog and also Mudcatter Bee's cats, which I put up for her. Sleepy Rosie, if you don't want to get an account, yet, you can email pix to me and I can put them up with Bee's or in my Mudcat album or in THE Mudcat album, all on myopera.com.:-) Just PM if you'd like to do that.

The grey tabby is Trystan, the Siamese is Kipling, and the dog is Merlee.

Well, I forgot, there's also another Siamese in a picture with Kipling; that is my "grandcat", Ms. Emily. Also Nanny Dizzy is in there hunting Easter eggs with my grandson. The late Charlie is in the bassinet with the other two. And, finally, my beloved Lovee, late Siamese grrryl.

I used to be able to access the Mudcat photo page. With the machine and browser I normally use, I can't any more. MyOpera has fucked it up (the pictures are only accessible via some non-portable Javascript, the images don't have direct URLs).

Flickr is another inaccessible picture site, for the same reason.

Photobucket works fine though. Also lets you provide a direct URL for the image itself, which is by far the fastest way to access it.

Bert's site also works like a dream.

My calico Clementine is fading fast. Soon she will go quiet into that goodnight, I'm sorry to say. This photo was taken in 2002.

I do really like cats, but I've had them for decades now, and am ready for a break. We have one old cat left, and he may last for years, but I probably won't run out and get another cat right away. I'll try to clean up some of the cat hair for a couple of years, first.

I'm showing the bf the photies, and there's smiles and 'Aahs' going on. Really enjoying your puddy pics.

But the unoficial prize thus far has to go to Jack Campins 'Splodge' and her babbies...

I also loved Jack Campion's pics - my long departed cat Persephone (aka Seffie) was a silver tabby, so it was great to see the pics of Muriel as I only have 1 or 2 blurry pics of Seffie.

Phot - is your Persephone also a silver tabby?

keep adding pics, folks!

There's a great site with Kitlers. Cats that look like Hitler. My "blue clickies" never seem to work. Sorry.

We love cats but with baby birds in the house and vulnerable wildlife outside -- not to mention big snakes -- we don't have one now. I'll enjoy checking in here. Thank you Rosie.
Cheers, Joy

Sandra, our Sepphi is more of a golden colour, but she was more silver as a kitten, she's the daughter of Pixel.

I have decided that my two little blue furry lads, are substitute babies.

I instinctively cradle fuzzy Francy, and he pokes up with it even though his instincts are all mischief and he never seeks snuggles by himself - apart from when he comes in from 'out there' and has wet chilly paws ( I think he seeks some kind of aknowledgement when he's 'been out and come back again'.) Big old world out there I guess for a puddy tat.

Silky furred Paddington just looks at you with a sombre and somewhat grumpy aged glare that says: 'Do you bluddy mind!? I was having a doze!'

I don't have any pics of my 3 boys on the computer. If I think of it next time I'm at Dad & Jacqui's I'll scan a couple. My Madmardigan (Maddy if he's not in trouble) looks just like Bee's longhaired kitty except Maddy's spots are tan instead of grey. Mikey and Sheldon are almost entirely black. Both have a splotch of white on their lower bellies and Mikey has a spot on his chest. VERY handsome young men they are.
