Their music is the greatest! And they are such lovely people and I am delighted that they have become close friends. They will be staying with us during part of their next European tour. Sensibly, they make their tours a combination of gigs, holiday and catching up and staying with old friends.

I will be there at the Prince Albert, and maybe at the Garway VH - hope there is dancing in Herefordshire.

Their church is Norman in parts - 1066 and All That (probably 1088 -most were).

And not so far away they have a good come-all-ye at the Black Swan in Much Dewchurch Thurs, Little Dewchurch session 2nd Sun and the Barrels 1st (acc) & 3rd (blugrass) Wed in Hereford itself.

And Kilpeck Church nearby has some very interesting external roof bosses (like gargoyles but without the water spout) including a Sheila-na-Gig (oooer)............. and the oldest Yew tree in Brittain (alledgedly)

Have fun, see somewhere on your trip.   Data wll be added to my website as appropriate.

Sounds interesting, but I am not sure if I can make it to Altenstadt (between Hanau and Giessen(!) - close to Mudcatter Wilfried Schaum`s location) Any more gigs in Germany planned?

Please pm me if something comes up.

Best wishes
Ernest

Saw them for the first time at Vic's club last year. Superb musicians and very knowledgeable about their material. Well worth seeing.
