It is interesting that, in lieu of a grabber "New Deal" or whatever phrase in Obama's inaugural, the commentators all seem to have focussed on his reference to Dorothy Fields and Jerome Kern's "Pick yourself Up" -- depression, Fred and Ginger, etc. Nice song, good quote..... yours, Peter T. |
