07 Feb 09 - 12:35 PM (#2560099) Subject: Dylan's early guitars From: bubblyrat Several consecutive programmes on BBC television last night featured the early work and performances of Bob Dylan, ie at Folk Festivals in 1963,64,and 65.I noticed that he seemed to have some quite basic guitars in those early days,even whilst becoming well-known,including one with a metal "fish-tail"instead of a fixed (pin) bridge....it sounded pretty bad,too,although one of the Martins was a honey ! Does anyone know what he played in those days ?? |
