PETE COE is really very good and deserves an audience as befits his talent. The fact that times are hard and an evening at a wonderful Folk Club is getting beyond peoples means is a tragedy. We have had Folk Clubs in Leicester and the County for over 75 years since the first Club started in 1933 at the Vaughan College. Dig down in the pockets, look in the ash tray in the car ,find the money to see Pete whilst we still have the option to go to a club USE IT OR LOSE IT. I feel very strongly about our historic,provocative ,political( well it was Marx and Engels that coined the phrase when they were in Koln) entertaining,stimulating music It has been a major part of my life for nearly 50 years and I want others to continue to get as much out of as I have |

As Nic says, Pete Coe does a great evening... will be in Harrow recovering from the Sidmouth reunion though and it's too far to trek for an evening and get home in time for work on Monday. Kitty |

Yes there are archives and I have passed copies on to Doc Rowe and Jill.
