Is it possible that we have attracted any mudcatters from central NC since the last time I looked? If so, show yourselves!

The music's been great at the Lilac Lounge, and Pete's the consummate host.

I should say it's been a hybrid open mic/ jam session, very welcoming and eclectic. Wow, eclectic.

In Cape Breton there is a Hillsborough as well. A small rural community on the Mabou River. By total coincidence there will be a similar session there tonight that I hope to attend.
Best regards from here!

So you can appreciate, maybe, how fun it is for me to show up, sit back, listen to the music and drink a beer, go home : )

Isn't that funny? I've only ever seen it with tables out, rugs, lamps and music stands. I think the moniker is Pete's... cute.

Speaking of our little musical town, I put in a good word for our friend @ the Bayou... can you drop them a line as well? And if it works out, we'll have to get busy drawing a crowd : )
