Camper Van Parking in Whitby this w/e

We're in the centre of Whitby for an event one night this w/e..... anyone got any suggestions where we might park our rather large camper van (preferably for free.... but we'll pay if required!).

I understand that it is not too much of a problem in early March? we'll be leaving fairly early the next morning.

Thanks

Paul & Wendy

Dont use the co-op car park... This time of year you can get away with staying in the town centre car parks if you pay the 24 hour charge. The one opposite the Endeavour is good as the local youths dont drive their cars about in there...

I always use the West Cliff car park - on Sunday the machines weren't working and the nice man said just put a note in with the time and I won't fine you! They are human after all! This car park is also quieter than the Church Street one - especially at night.

If Gnomad has sent a PM I would suggest the problem has now been resolved .... stout fellow that he is ..... he's not a bad lad either

Uh-oh, he's buttering me up, wonder what he's after (as if I can't guess)

As for stout, I'm an ideal weight, I'm just 20% under-height.
