The Goose at Hooper's Bar (a stone's throw from our main venue, though with a different postcode) welcomes Danny and the Champions, who will be doing two sets tonight with an interval between. Danny has been described as "a soulful songwriter who sings with immense, gentle strength" and tonight he will be bringing some members of his brilliant band, who describe themselves as "a celebration of collective yesness"! No, we don't know what it means either, but it sounds good. The evening starts at 8.30pm with DJing from Folk2Future, aka Nyge and Sue, the live music starts at 9pm and there will be more DJing from 11pm to midnight. Hooper's has a great range of ales, plus good food - come down early to get a good spot as Goose evenings can get very crowded. Five minute walk from East Dulwich station, plus loads of buses!
