11 Mar 09 - 04:38 PM (#2586624) Subject: RE: Natalie MacMaster to play in Portland, M From: SINSULL Natalie was here in Maine a couple of years back when I was having surgery/biopsy nonsense at Mercy Hospital. I was wheeled into a corridor to let the meds wear off and I thought I had died. Beautiful fiddle music...a visit to the hospital wards to share herself. My only disappointment was that I couldn't move to see Natalie dance and fiddle at the same time. What a great lady! Definite maybe for me. SINS |

11 Mar 09 - 05:05 PM (#2586644) Subject: RE: Natalie MacMaster to play in Portland, M From: GUEST,mg Can you ask her if she knows a young person who wants the fiddle? I actually know a MacMaster here from Cape Breton and have thought of asking her if she has any great neices nephews etc. She was a phone operator or radio perhaps when the great Springhill mine disaster occurred. mg |
