Thanks Rockhen. We have made a big cost committment to try and bring a good wide variety of quality music to Faldingworth

So long as people support us and come along, we will hopefully survive the economic disaster we are in.

It's a balancing act for everyone, I think. Cost and other commitments are a big consideration, although some people could afford to go to events, would enjoy them, but just don't get round to getting organised enough to go, which is a shame!
It is the same for Neil at Caistor. It takes such a lot of time encouraging people to support events. I admire all the hard work that goes in by all those who organise them. Hope to get to the June session and a few other events at Faldingworth, as I know they will be good.
Don't forget to send us a few fliers if you want us to have them out at Caistor events btw!

Session players will also be able to get in for the evening as Long as they let me know this week.

I have kept 30 tickets for the performers and the session people. So there is about 18 tickets for session people. Again on a first come first served basis.

I don't want more than 70 as we are not using PA

Les,

This looks like an excellent idea..... more power to your elbow for putting on an evening of emerging talent.

We'd love to come but far to early for us to commit!

Paul

You certainly seem to have a lot going on over there, and I'm determined to make the trip over from Leicester some time pretty soon.

This next bit's in brackets:-

You were kind enough to be supportive when my football team were going through a rough patch about this time last year so this is returning the complimement -yours seem to be having their blip at the moment _ I think they probably won't get anything against Man U as their tails will be up after last weekend, but I'm actually going to have a couple of quid on them against Liverpool. I know from experience that's the sort of thing that happens under MON and would not, in any way, discount them finishing above Arsenal.

End of brackets!

Your great night clashes with the Beverley Folk Festival... where else will Karen and Colin be playing Les? Haven't seen them for years!

See you in Faldingworth on 18 April for Mawkin Causley!!

I don't know Hazel. I just rang Karen and Colin on the spur of the moment and they said they would like to do it and attend the session in the afternoon as well. I really like what they do.
Thank goodness we are sold out if you have the festival on then :-)

Yes, look forward to seeing you on April the 18th.

Hey Hissy,or are you fit?
I get confused.
I also managed to miss you when you ventured to Grimsby recently.
I did enjoy,Marske Fishermans choir,JC, and the Birds of Prey.
The Samba band were very cool too.
Sadly I never found you and the wonderful harmonies.
