He gets the lyrics the way he wants them, an crams them into the meter of the melody somehow or other. But he's one of the great ones. Barry, you and I have exactly the same problem. Singing softly is not our strong point, so we're in danger of overpowering the melody if we are singing harmony. I try to back away from the mic, but sometimes I forget. Peter. |
