25 Apr 09 - 10:37 AM (#2618484) Subject: Tech: MP2 files and players From: GUEST,Mr Red Joy is looking for headphones that take SD cards & I found these SD Card Sport MP3 Headphones - 1602C SD Card Sport MP3 Headphones - 1602C which takes AAA batteries - ideal if it plays the files. & the Skullcandy SCMP640BR anyone know if these play MP2 - the kind of file generated by recording DAB radio off-air. The radio manufacturers havn't quite worked-out how to convert the files on the fly, or off-line. I found a player/radio that might serve for me and might just record in MP3 because it claims to do schedule recordings for FM. an Iriver product but that is for me and I can tolerate different headphones. Failing that anyone tried playing MP2 files on MP3 players and suceeded (some can but they rarely say so, some need renamed files). & No I don't want to have to rename all the files for a technophobe each day. |
