Last post Feb 20 From: GUEST,lox I get regular requests on my facebook page to join his warcraft army and other similar frivolities (dare I call them that?). Judging by the frequency of them I doubt he has eaten or slept for many weeks, but may have been beamed onto a virtual battlefield. In Short, he's busy - try again later! |

Last post Feb 20 From: GUEST,lox In fact, I hae just had a look at his profile and he last poated there 7 hours ago so all is definitely well. One probable explanation for his absence here is that he has (currently) 1072 friends on his list - presumably to assist him in his efforts to dominate the world of warcraft. That would be enough to keep me fully occupied. Thankfully however, Max is also a member and so is perfectly placed to save him with his own cyber sorcery chould it all go wrong. ... I feel like a hobbit passing on news of Bilbos adventures ... |

Shocked. :) This month I've been working at a used-book store and the manager came in every afternoon and immersed himself in the fray on Warcraft for hours on end. Fromn time to time I watched and listened- it really is quite exciting. Great animation and graphics. |

My dau. and her husband are heavily into it and I hear too much about it from my grandson! I'd be so much happier if it were "Peacecraft" but I don't suppose that would be nearly as exciting. I take comfort in noticing their grass has been mowed, the trash taken out, etc...that way I know they are all getting some light and air, at least.:-) |

23 Mar 10 - 12:46 AM (#2869751) Subject: RE: BS: Where is Foolestroupe? Last post Feb 20 From: The Fooles Troupe Oooo - look what I found! Thanks for your concerns folks... :-) I was not 'Warcrafting' (not the slightest interested in games that require fast neural reflexes due to a slight hassle I have with micromotor coordination) - I was involved in other FB games - but when they 'improved' the interface, taking away the shortcuts to the many games at the bottom of each page, it means that you had to go thru 2 more clicks for each game you wanted to get into. I often used to jump between several games at once, but this made it much slower, and burned far more download, especially since they only did it to increase thge number of ads you see.... So I deleted most games - except the ones that it refused to LET me.... sigh... so you may still get invites for 'Battle of the Bands' or a fishing app.... :-P Thanks for thinking about me... :-) Robin |
