Apparently this magazine has been around for a good number of years. I thought some of you might be interested in it, esp. the Want Ads which include folks looking for song lyrics.

Have fun!

I've read it several times. The writers seem to view the past through very, very, very rose-colored glasses and ignore a whole bunch of things that don't fit: segregation, the KKK, the little house out back that sat near the well, being hungry, no antibiotics....

Katlaughing--I have bought several issues of this magazine when it contained something of particular interest to me. My complaint is that it doesn't go into much detail...generally a small paragraph or two. It truly is a picture book, in the best sense.

Thanks, guys. A friend of mine was wondering about it for her 99 year old mother. I'll pass your assessments on. I do appreciate it.
