11 Jun 09 - 06:24 PM (#2654361) Subject: BS: Death by Humour From: SPB-Cooperator While talking in the pub tonight I was reminded of a number of occasions where I came close to "doing in" friends with a well timed one-liner just as they were swallowing or attempting to swallow a mouthful of thier chosen benefit causing them to choke and splutter uncontrollably when turning a worrying shade of purple. The question is: if they had met their demise as a result, could I have been convicted of murder or manslaughter? |

One tip for murder by laughter... ...the best location is somewhere where laughing is verboten. When I had a dumb desk job in a very quiet office, I whispered a very dumb joke to a co-worker. Not only did he almost die, even worse, almost got fired. He had to take half a day off to get the giggles out. |
