13 Jun 09 - 08:45 AM (#2655525) Subject: BS: My Cat Has Taken Up With a Doe... From: Bobert Well, about a week ago the P-Vine came accross a newly born fawn in a field below our house... Well, it didn't just grow there so that meant that mom had to be close by... So the last 3 days we have noticed the doe and one of our cats playin' together down in the pond field... Seems where ever the doe goes the cat ain't far behind... Wonder if the cat and the fawn will grow up thinking they are siblings??? B~ |

13 Jun 09 - 09:10 AM (#2655535) Subject: RE: BS: My Cat Has Taken Up With a Doe... From: Rapparee Well, there's two possibilities as I see it. 1. Your cat has reverted and is just waiting for the right moment to eat the deer, doe and fawn. PETA will come and demonstrate and object to you keeping a "Killer Cat" and you will eventually do hard time in the Big House. 2. You have a lesbian cat and a lesbian doe. They will raise the fawn together. This will lead for a call for gay interspecies marriage in Virginia and you will have to testify in the Legislature and no matter which way you testify people will throw rocks at you. Either way, you'll have material for a new blues song AND the right to sing the blues. |

From: Q (Frank Staplin) An item on TV news yesterday about two gay male penguins raising an abandoned penguin chick, and doing a good job of it. Now if your cat and the doe adopt a possum .... you might be able to sell the story. |

13 Jun 09 - 07:23 PM (#2655849) Subject: RE: BS: My Cat Has Taken Up With a Doe... From: Bobert As you know, Maggie, I don't do photographs too well... I'm a film kinda guy and don't have a zoom lense for my old Pentex... Right now the cat is gone most of the time and I haven't had time to go looking fir where that fawn and doe are camped out... If they try it in the veggie garden then the poor cat is going to witness something that is gonna send it's poor kittie self to the kittie shrink: Mr. Popgun!!! But I don't think that doe will get into the veggie garden 'casue none of the other are brave enough to try to jump thru deer fence... Even though they might make it??? B~ |
