I sing mainly trad folk songs (tending towards the slow and haunting, though not exclusively!) plus some self-compositions. Based in Bristol UK, I've been in two gigging bands in the past, most recently as a duo with a fiddler. You'd need to be similarly inspired by beauty and atmosphere in song (trad and otherwise), and able to improvise/experiment accordingly. You should also be able to commit time for regular practice, and want to gig. Just a few influences: Sandy Denny, Steeleye Span, June Tabor, Rachel Unthank... and many more.
