When he came to immigration control, he had been given an anglicised name, as was common with Jewish emigrants from eastern Europe. In the hurly burly he forgot the name, and when the offiv=cial asked for his name he exclaimed 'Shoin fergissen', ( I have forgotten in Yiddish). His entry papers were filled in by the credulous official a Sean Ferguson. |

He is a student and I don't know whether anyone will take up the banner of festival organisation in the years to come.
