From the Cat Poetry website:

CATS SLEEP ANYWHERE
Eleanor Farjeon (1881 - 1965)

Cats sleep anywhere,
any table, any chair,
Top of piano, window-ledge,
in the middle, on the edge,
Open drawer, empty shoe -
anybody's lap will do.
Fitted in a cardboard box,
in the cupboard with your frocks -
Anywhere!
They don't care!
Cats sleep anywhere.

I know it's just a poem, but, hey, maybe someone has put it to music? Or will?

There was a lovely two-page line drawing around this poem in an issue of Cricket Magazine when I was younger. I'd like to hear it as a song.
