The guy in the song is totally full of himself. No one can stand him. The only woman who will accept his calls doesn't have caller I.D.. I am pretty familiar with Loudon's recorded repertoire up to this CD and the song you describe is not familiar to me. That leads me to suspect it may be on this new CD. It also may be unrecorded.
