07 Nov 09 - 11:31 AM (#2761557) Subject: RE: BS: Walmart celebrates Morris Dance From: Stringsinger Henry Ford decided that ethnic cultures from foreign lands were not a good idea so he attempted to "Americanize" them by denying them their customs. He was also a proponent of the English Country Dance and Morris Dancing. He would have been at home in the BNP. Aside from the implications of xenophobia and racism, Morris Dancing itself should not be held accountable for the injurious practices of some of its adherents. |
