I send a message to a Mudcatter who owns a copy of the book, and asked him to post it in this thread - so check back every few days until it gets posted. I see the book is still for sale to Catholic homeschoolers. they tend to trust textbooks from the 1950s, and get worried about the "modernist" ways of Catholic schools of the present day. -Joe- |

Oh, how many camels did you see across the sand? It looked like eleven, but maybe thirty-seven I did see. I haven't figured out the code for sending the notation but can mail a copy - Charles |

We Sing and Harmonize songbook, and I've transcribed it. The tune is described in the songbook as a "Palestinian Round." I've always seen this tune identified as a "Hebrew round." Click to playNow, the $64,000 question* is, what is the Hebrew name this round is more commonly known by? Next question: could it be that this tune has Palestinian, rather than Hebrew roots?-Joe- *This is a really easy question, but I will pay the first person who answers correctly, the grand total of 64 cents. |
