He left a query some time ago about an ancestor, Abraham Tawney, who is my great-great grandfather. Abraham was wounded in the civil war and died while paroled from the Siege of Munfordville. Prior to those two months he had been on a 4 year hiatus. He'd caused a minor brouhaha and took some time off but that was long before.
