He gave me some songs back in about 1969 and I would like to catch up with him if possible. His name is mentioned in a few threads here and I've found one posting from him as a Guest here, where he said "Try the Northampton telephone directory..." but I've just drawn a blank on http://www.thephonebook.bt.com and 192.com only offered me a 2002 electoral roll entry. In his advert in the EFDSS directory as far back as 1973 or thereabouts it listed one of his activities as an ecologist. However the only reference I have seen to him recently is the posting on Mudcat as featured above. |

I always remember that in a festival I ran he did a workshop called 'The folklore of Sex.' I also sang for him in Northampton folk club. I'm glad to hear he's doing well, I remember him as a great bloke. |

But he recorded a fine LP in the mid-70s called Narsty Tales, with some lovely songs on it. Sadly I've no idea where my copy went, but I'd love to replace it. |
